I had an overall enjoyable stay at the Europa Beach Hotel. The staff provided exceptional service and were incredibly accommodating, adding a personal touch that made our experience special. The food quality was outstanding with a diverse selection, while the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. However, I found the room a bit on the small side and could have benefited from a shelf in the bathroom. It’s also worthwhile to note that the dining area was busy at times, which made for a less relaxing experience.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, particularly loved the spa services that truly enhanced our relaxation. While the extensive range of food options was generally good, some meals could use a bit more variety. The entertainment options in the evenings were enjoyable and the staff was incredibly lovely. However, the rooms could use a slight revamp as they felt a bit basic. Overall, a great value for a family-friendly resort experience.

The food was diverse, especially the Cretan corner with delicious kalamata olives, but I wish there had been more variety at the à la carte restaurant.
